Policies and Support

Read Policies before Ordering

Here at Mega Sports Inc. we want you to be satisfied with every purchase, therefore we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have.  We have been in business for over 18 years and we want you to be a happy customer, but we will not tolerate consumers trying to abuse our business.  Pricing on our site may vary from our in-store pricing due to competition and shipping costs.  We reserve the right to refuse any conflicts of pricing between our store and our on-line store pricing .

Warranties

We offer no warranties or guarantees, expressed or limited, other than those supplied by the manufacturers of the products which we offer for resale.  The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.  Please contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty information.

Returns and Exchanges

Mega Sports Inc. products offered on-line are not for testing or temporary use such as for a hunting trip, vacation or any other temporary use.  We are not a free rental site.  All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund or exchange decision will be made and a 20% restocking fee may be charged for any returned item not in original condition.

Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below.  We will not accept merchandise that has been used, including, but not limited to, scopes that have been mounted or have ring marks from attempted mounting, binoculars that have been used, or clothing or boots that have been worn.  All electronic items shall be returned by the consumer to the manufacture for repair only.  We reserve the right to make final determination concerning returns and exchanges.  Any item in 'NEW' condition and in original packaging  may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of the order shipment reciept.  Please contact us by telephone or e-mail for prompt handling of your request.  We will issue a return authorization to ensure proper credit to your account.  Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges, we do not refund shipping charges.  You can return or exchange an item by mail or in our retail store. Certain discounted, closeout, and/or seasonal items may not be returnable.  Additional restrictions may apply

Return or exchange to a store:

Returning or exchanging your purchase in our retail store is fast and easy.  Just bring in your items, the credit card used (if applicable) and the invoice that came with your order.  We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged.  Refund payment will be in the original form of the initial payment (excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the wrong item was shipped or it arrived damaged).

If you do not have your invoice, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the items you are returning. Some items purchased online are not sold in our stores. If this is the case, you can either exchange them by mail or return them to one of our stores for a refund.

Sales Tax

Mega Sports Inc. charges 8% sales tax for all orders shipped to Illinois, United States. Orders shipped outside of Illinois do not incur sales tax.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
Not all products are available in all areas due to state or local laws.

Shipping and Handling Information

Supplier products are shipped according to the default rates and options:

• A physical street address is required.
• Standard: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days * after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery is Tuesday through Saturday.
• Express: Mega Sports Inc. will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days * after your order is received. Mega Sports Inc. will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.
• Overnight: In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. *
• Delivery estimates valid for in-stock items only.
• Heavy orders may acquire additional charges.

Some of the goods which Mega Sports Inc. offers for purchase may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. Mega Sports Inc. is an authorized dealer of all of the goods it offers for sale, but does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any black power guns and associated items, reloading components, crossbows, air guns, blank firing guns, paintball guns, slingshots, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C 922(D) (1)-(9), you can not be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items. If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering.

Black powder Guns:

Warning: Residents of HI, MA, MI, and NJ please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any black powder firearm.

Ammunition:

Warning: You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground FedEx. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Residents of DE, DC, IL, MA, NY, and OH please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering ammunition.

Powder/Primers/Percussion Caps:

Mega Sports Inc. appreciates the privacy concerns raised when you access a web site. We believe in the privacy and security needs of our customers. Therefore, Mega Sports Inc. has created this Privacy Statement.

Collection of Information:

Mega Sports Inc. collects the domain name of e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via-email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, requests for information, and/or site registrations. Physical addresses, credit card numbers and expiration dates are needed for orders placed on the site.

The functionality within our website is provided by a third party, but all information submitted is used only by Mega Sports Inc..
